English Premier League Table Results: Chelsea Chasing Liverpool In Standings After Sunderland Loss At Stamford Bridge For Jose Mourinho As Manchester City, Arsenal Next

The English Premier League table has Chelsea still trailing Liverpool by two points after the results on Saturday, as the Blues lost at home at Stamford Bridge for the first time in 78 games and now they have a huge matchup against the Reds next week and they are ahead of Manchester City and Arsenal in the standings.

The English Premier League table coming into the weekend has Liverpool on top of the standings and the results from the weekend will be very important heading into the final weeks of the EPL, as Chelsea is chasing the Reds ahead of Manchester City, Arsenal and Everton with just a few weeks left and Tottenham won on Saturday to give the Spurs a chance at moving up in the standings.

Liverpool plays on Sunday and that gives Chelsea a chance to get ahead leading into their matchup next weekend, while the Spurs won on Saturday and they are now just three back of Everton in the league standings and they play on Sunday as well and they matchup against Manchester United at Goodison Park. Paulinho got the scoring started for the Spurs on Saturday and they also got scores from Harry Kane and Younes Kaboul and they are trying to make a late push up the table as the season comes to a close, while Aston Villa and Southampton had a scoreless draw.

Cardiff City and Stoke played to a 1-1 tie, while Swansea City and Newcastle had United fall to the Swans after two goals from Wilfried Bony and Crystal Palace also ended up on top of West Ham United. Liverpool and Norwich City are playing on Sunday, while Hull City and Arsenal are playing after that and the last game on the schedule on Sunday is Manchester United and Everton before Man City and West Brom play on Monday.

Manchester City is chasing Chelsea and Liverpool in the standings and they are a handful back of the Blues and Arsenal is next on the table and they play on Sunday. Everton and Tottenham are up above Manchester United and they are trying to get into any qualifying and they are ahead of Southampton and Newcastle, while Stoke City and Crystal Palace are next on the standings. Cardiff City, Fulham and Sunderland are at the bottom of the league table and they are in relegation right now.
