NFL Draft First Round Mock Rumors: Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks, Patriots Like Jace Amaro, Cody Latimer, Marqise Lee, Xavier Su'a-Filo?

The NFL draft is coming Thursday and the back end of the first round looks to be very exciting, as teams like the Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks, New England Patriots and San Francisco 49ers have selections among those picks and names like Jace Amaro, Cody Latimer, Marqise Lee, Xavier Su'a-Filo and Taylor Lewan have come up as potential targets for those teams.

The back part of the draft this season has a ton of talent because of how deep the class is and while the Niners are a team that could trade up, they still could snag a nice player at that spot. The Seahawks already have a strong team and they could look at wide receiver or the offensive line for their pick. The Patriots have some holes at tight end and on defense, while the Broncos may look at the secondary as well as wide receiver or the defensive line as potential options when they pick.

Cody Latimer has been moving up draft boards as the even gets closer and he comes in as a very fast receiver and a productive one at Indiana, where he did not get the best play at QB. He ended up with over 1,000 yards and 72 catches and he could be a prime option for the Seahawks or the Broncos. The Seahawks lost Golden Tate to the Lions and they would like to add some more weapons to the offense for Russell Wilson, while Eric Decker left the Broncos for the Jets. While Denver doesn't need a WR with Wes Welker and Demaryius Thomas already there, losing Decker will hurt and bringing in a young player will give Peyton Manning even more depth.

The Seahawks may go offensive line with this pick in the first round, but Jace Amaro could be perfect, as they could also use an upgrade at TE. The Patriots are a team that also could chase Amaro, as he is the perfect mold of TE for the team after Gronk and Aaron Hernandez. Amaro is as athletic as a WR and he had 106 catches for over 1,300 yards last season and he could be a very effective weapon in the Pats or Seahawks offense. Amaro is 6-foot-5 3/8, 265 pounds and he could be there at the pick and TE looks to be a position where the Patriots want to add names, as Iowa tight end C.J. Fiedorowicz is another target.

Marqise Lee had a solid season with nearly 60 catches on a bad USC team and he could be a mid-round pick, but if he lasts, expect one of these teams to jump in. Xavier Su'a-Filo could be in the mix for Denver, while the Seahawks come in after ranking 26th in the league in passing yards per game and that is one reason why they may go offense for their pick.
