Miami Heat vs OKC Thunder Game 5 Results at Halftime - NBA Finals 2012

Miami Heat is half way done with their goal of winning Game 5. They are up 59-49 at the half.

The biggest surprise of the game has been Mike Miller's presence from the three. He has gone 4-4 from three-point range.

Russell Westbrook has scored 13 points. Kevin Durant has 14.

It will be interesting to see what happens with Dwyane Wade as he has picked up 3 fouls through the first two quarters.

LeBron James has helped dominate with 15 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds.

The Heat have received contributions from everybody and are shooting over 50% from three and overall from the floor.

The Thunder have had the advantage from the free throw line. They have shot 17-18 from the line.

Westbrook is 9-9 from the free throw line and James Harden is 6-6.

Thabo Sefolosha has had a tough time on defense and has yet to score a point.

The Heat were able to jump out to a double-digit lead with big shots by Miller and Mario Chalmers.

Their biggest lead at the half was 17.

The Thunder fought back and thanks to those free throws they were able to stay in the game.

The Thunder will have to avoid points from the paint as they are losing that battle 26-20 and they have allowed 8 fastbreak points to just 2 of their own.

Third quarter is about to start soon. The Thunder will bring up the ball.
