NBA Finals: Lebron James Not the Only Star Tonight

Oklahoma City's weak performance in Game 5 was perhaps less than some analysts expected.  But ultimately, they have appeared  to be overpowered since arriving in Miami.

Tonight, the Heat have been playing at a different speed.  A big, and arguably surprising reason for their success on the edge of a championship has been the play of Mike Miller.

Miller a 6'8 forward and guard has been in the league since 2000 (missing the 2002-03 season).

Miller has dealt with a myriad of injuries since joining the Heat and has forced himself to push through them throughout tonight's game.  Pulled after racking up four fouls in the 2nd quarter, Miller was reinserted into the game in the 3rd and eventually dove into the Heat bench while chasing a loose ball.

While Miller is still firing on all cylinders, Tom Chalmers began to celebrate a bit too early in Lebron's opinion.  While Chalmers waived to the crowd after the Heat settled into their largest lead of the night, James settled him down and told him "Not yet."

James is on the cusp of his first NBA Title, the lack of which has been the one stigma on his otherwise stellar career. James and the Heat were denied the title in Game 6 of last season.
