Texas Rangers vs. Detroit Tigers Live Stream: Watch Online MLB Streaming Baseball Game

The Detroit Tigers and Texas Rangers are playing on the MLB schedule on Thursday and the game starts up at 1:08 pm ET from Comerica Park and has Yu Darvish on the mound for Texas and that makes for a lopsided matchup with Robbie Ray and the game will be streaming online from MLB.com as the Tigers try and push their lead in the AL Central.

Darvish has been killing it this season and he has a 3-2 record with a 2.32 ERA this year and he is coming off of some great performances, including a near no hitter against Boston and he also was excellent after pitching eight innings and striking out 11 against the Blue Jays. The Rangers come into the game fourth in the AL West and they lost to the Mariners in the game on Tuesday before bouncing back on Wednesday and now they are starting a series with the Tigers.

After Darvish pitches on Thursday, the Tigers will have Anibal Sanchez and then later their own Cy Young candidate on the mound in Max Scherzer and he has been very good this season and the Tigers remain in first place in the AL Central. The Rangers come into the game ranked 18th in runs scored this season and they are eighth in batting average and 10th in on base percentage and the team is also 22nd in slugging this year.

The pitching has been very up and down for the Rangers and apart from Darvish the rotation has not been great and the bullpen has struggled as well. The team is ranked 26th in ERA and 28th in quality starts and they are also 28th in WHIP and 30th in BAA this season. The Tigers come into the game playing well despite losing to the Indians in the last game and that saw a late comeback off Phil Coke and now the team is getting ready to start the series with the Texas Rangers at home for a four game set.

The Tigers are ranked seventh in runs scored and second in batting average and the team is also seventh in on base percentage and the team is also third in slugging percentage. The team is ranked eighth in ERA and 10th in quality starts and they are ninth in WHIP and 10th in BAA and have been one of the best and most consistent teams in the league. The team will not have to face former star Prince Fielder, as he will be out and that is some nice news for the Tigers heading into the series.
