San Francisco Giants vs. Colorado Rockies Live Stream: Watch Online MLB Streaming Baseball Game

The Colorado Rockies and San Francisco Giants are playing on the MLB schedule on Thursday afternoon and the game starts up at 3:10 pm ET from Coors Field in Denver and has a live stream from MLB.com and comes with Jorge De La Rosa and Tim Hudson facing off in the pitching matchup as they try for position in the NL West.

Both teams come in playing well and the Giants have a lead over the Rockies in the division in the early goings of the season and SF comes into the game at 29-18, while the Rockies are 26-21 and have been one of the most surprising teams in the league this season. The team is crushing the ball on offense and is ranked in the top five in all major categories and this comes after the Rockies dealt with injuries and a bad season in 2013 and now they look back on track and they could be factors in the division and in the playoffs race.

Hudson has pitched very well for the Giants this season and he is 4-2 this season with a 2.09 ERA and he faces off against a solid de La Rosa, who has been very hard to hit lately. Hudson has struggled in Coors Field before and that could be one factor in the game, as he is 0-2 there in six starts and he has a plus seven ERA in those games. The Rockies have been playing very well at home this season, while the Giants are 15-10 so far away from home.

The Rockies come into the game at second in the NL west this season and they are facing off against the Braves in their next series and that will be on the road. The team comes in after losing against the Giants in the previous game and now they can get back on track. The team is ranked first across the board in runs scored, batting average and on base percentage and the team is also tops in slugging and they have been crushing home runs this season and Troy Tulo along with Carlos Gonzalez have been fantastic this season and that is why the team is in second place.

The Rockies pitching has been up and down, but their offense has done enough to keep them alive and they are ranked 22nd in ERA and 18th in quality starts. The Giants are ranked 11th in the league in runs and they are 22nd in batting average, 18th in on base and 10th in slugging percentage. The team has been pitching very well and they are fourth in ERA, 15th in quality starts and third in WHIP and the team now will try and win against the Rockies before hosting the Minnesota Twins next in an interleague series.
