NBA Finals 2014 Schedule: Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs Start Title Series With Game 1 Thursday

The NBA finals for 2014 are set and the schedule has the Miami Heat set to visit the San Antonio Spurs for Game 1 as the title round starts up on Thursday, June 5 and the game will be at the AT&T Center in Texas as LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh play against Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili in a rematch of the championship from last season.

Miami won the series last year in Game 7 and both the Heat and the San Antonio Spurs have been waiting since that moment to get back to this and now Duncan and company will be looking to get revenge for losing last year when they were oh so close to getting another championship. Miami won their second straight title last season and they are going for the three-peat and they just matched the Boston Celtics and the LA Lakers from the 80s as the first team since to make four straight finals appearances.

James and the Heat dominated against the Indiana Pacers in Game 6 after losing in Game 5 on the road by three and now they are looking to win another championship against the Spurs. Miami has a deep team and do the Spurs and this will be another chance for Duncan to add a cap on his long career after winning four titles.
