NCAA Baseball Vanderbilt Wins vs. Virginia Live Stream: Watch Online Streaming Finals Game 3 ESPN

Vanderbilt has won the College World Series over Virginia in Omaha as Vandy and Virginia are playing the CWS 2014 finals live on ESPN and the Game 3 College World Series matchup for the NCAA baseball championship and the tournament will end in Omaha at TD Ameritrade Park and the Cavaliers and Commodores have each won a game and the series is 1-1 and this could be the first college title for Vandy after many years of success and this is the first winner take all since 2009.

Virginia had one of their worst pitching games of the year in the first matchup with Vanderbilt and now they have the chance to make up for that in this game. Vandy knows how to rally though, as they lost to Texas in double elimination round in the first game and came back with a strong performance and they will not be giving up easily. This will be a do or die matchup and it may hinge on whether the Cavs can shut down Vandy and if their pitching can be as good as it usually is. Virginia's Brandon Downes had the crucial play in the game and he knocked in the third run in the sixth inning and the team ended up winning 7-2 and now they have scored 15 runs in two games.

Virginia has stolen back some momentum, as they were down big after allowing nine runs to Vandy in the first game, but they came back and lost that 9-8. While that was a rough pitching performance, the team knows they can rake against the Commodores and now they have won the last game and take that into Wednesday night. Vanderbilt pitcher Carson Fulmer will be on the mound and that has him matching up with Josh Sborz and both players appear ready to go at the game hard and both have some very solid performances coming in after the past couple weeks of play.

Vanderbilt third baseman Tyler Campbell is playing a big role for his team after coming in for a player who was out for NCAA rules violations and after having just 21 at bats during the season, he has come through in the CWS. The Cavaliers have not won a baseball championship before and the ACC conference has not won one in over 50 years, while Vandy comes from the SEC, a dominant World Series team and they have won three of the past five and Vandy could add another to it.

There is plenty riding on the game for Vanderbilt, as they have never won an NCAA title in any sport and this time is as good as any to do it. The Cavaliers bounced back after failing to rally from being down in the first game and now one matchup will decide the championship series. Virginia has been pitching the lights out during this postseason run into the College World Series and this is a final matchup of the season for both teams. The tournament opened with 64 teams and regionals, super-regionals and double elimination bracket games and now it is in the finals and one game is left to decide the championship.
