Wimbledon 2012 Schedule for Day 5: Roger Federer, Heather Watson Will Take Court Later Today

As Novak Djokovic and Maria Sharapova wrap up their respective matchups, here are the rest of the Singles matchups projected at Wimbledon for today.

Roger Federer (3) will take Centre Court against Julien Benneteau (32).

For those uninformed about Bennneteau, he is from France, 30 years old and entering his 11th seasong competing in Grand Slam tournaments.

The deepest he has made it into any tournament was in 2008's Roland Garros and in Wimbledon 2010 when he qualified for the fourth round.

Before Federer can step out on the court, Agnieszka Radwanska who is also ranked 3rd will face Great Britain's Heather Watson.

Watson comes into Wimbledon ranked 103rd and is only 20 years old.

Radwanska is only 23-years old, but is entering her 7th year competing in Grand Slam singles. In 2008 and 2009, Radwanska made it to the Quarterfinals of Wimbledon and went back-to-back again in 2011 and 2012 also made it to the Quarterfinals in the Australian Open.

After Maria Sharapova finishes her matchup, Vera Zvonareva (12) will play against Kim Clijsters (47).

In other Ladies Singles matchups the U.S. will have 32nd ranked and Jersey native Christina McHale face Angelique Kerber (8).

Nadia Petrova (20) from Russia will be in Court No. 3 facing Italian Camila Giorgi, who comes into the tournament ranked 145th. That would be one huge upset.

Shuai Peng (30) will face Arantxa Rus (72).

Wrapping up the Ladies' matchups will be Sorana Cirstea (52) and Maria Kirilenko (19) on Court 18.

For the Gentleman's Singles Florian Mayer (29) will face Jerzy Janowicz (136). Janko Tipsarevic (8) versus Mikail Youzhny (26) and Nicolas Alamagro (11) will play against Richard Gasquet (19).
