The U.S. swimming Olympic trials are quickly reaching their end. After Sunday night and Monday, the swimming team will know exactly who they will count on in London 2012.

It is no surprise that Michael Phelps and Ryan Lochte are leading the way in trials won. They will participate in five events each.

Phelps will be a part of the  200m Individual Medley, 400m Individual Medley, 200m Freestyle, 200m Butterfly and 800 Free Relay.

Lochte will be participating in these same races except for the 200m Butterfly, but will race in the 200m Backstroke. 

In the women's side, Missy Franklin also won five events at the trials. In London 2012 she will represent the U.S. in the 100m Freestyle, 100m Backstroke, 200m Freestyle, 400 Free Relay, 800 Free Relay.  

Allison Schmitt is right behind Franklin with four trials won. Schmitt will join Franklin in the 400m Free Relay and 800m Free Relay. She will also be a part of the 200m and 400m Freestyle.
