Aaron Hernandez Trial Rumors: Judge Considers Motion To Exclude Evidence In Odin Lloyd Murder

The Aaron Hernandez trial for the Odin Lloyd murder is expected to start early next year in January of 2015 and the judge in the case ruled that she will consider a motion from Hernandez and his attorneys about excluding certain pieces of evidence when the case eventually goes to trial.

According to ESPN.com, the judge in the case will consider a motion about excluding some electronic evidence seized in the case, including a Blackberry phone that was not in the original search warrant of Hernandez's North Attleboro home.  The report says that Judge E. Susan Garsh is considering whether certain devices that were seized by authorities should be excluded from the trial and the defense says that some of it should not be admissible in court due to the way those devices were obtained.

Hernandez is charged with first degree murder in the death of Lloyd and he was arrested last summer for his murder after Lloyd's body was discovered less than a mile from his home. Lloyd was dating the sister of Hernandez's fiance and Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to those charges and has been held without bail since being arrested last year.
