With all the rumors and speculations flying around during this NBA off-season, just one more couldn't do any wrong.

The latest NBA trade rumor revolves around New Orleans Hornet center, Chris Kaman.

Rumors of Kaman, who averaged 13 points per game and 8 rebounds last season, first developed earlier this week after Kaman met with representatives of the Indiana Pacers on Monday. These rumors, of Kaman to Indy, died down as the Pacers have shown more interests in getting their center, Roy Hibbert, back as a Pacer.

However, Indiana wasn't the only team to be rumored to have Kaman on their radar.

The Philadelphia 76ers were the second team this week to be rumored into acquiring Kaman this off-season.

The Sixers have a terrific group of young guards, but with Elton Brand's career in Philly most likely finished, this leaves a huge hole in the middle of the paint that the team must fill. In order for the 76ers to become a top contender in the Eastern Conference, they would need the right player in the post and feel Kaman could be that piece they need.

The latest rumor surrounding Kaman this week indicate that he may be dealt in a sign-and-trade deal with the Miami Heat.

The deal, as of now, is just a rumor and quite possibly not even be made true.

According to a report from the Bleacher Report, Kaman made $14 million or so for the past season. If the Heat were truly interested in him, they could only offer $3 million, although, it's possible they could work out some extra trade details to clear up room.

Nevertheless, the Heat right now seem to have set their priority on getting Boston Celtics shooting star, Ray Allen, into their lineup.
