The Seattle Mariners and the Texas Rangers are playing live on the AL West MLB schedule on Thursday and this four game series starts up at 8:05 pm ET and is huge for the M's, as they are right in playoff contention and now they have Roenis Elias and Robbie Ross on the mound and the Rangers come in as the worst team in baseball and that means Robinson Cano and Kyle Seager need to get things done.

The Mariners are coming into the series after winning two of three against the Athletics and that was huge, as the team needed to snap out of their funk. The team got a win from Felix Hernandez and they beat Jon Lester and now they play against the two worst teams in the division in Texas and Houston before games with the best with LA and Oakland again. The King looks like he will win the Cy Young and Kyle Seager smashed his 22nd home run of the season and now the Mariners are starting to look good in the playoff race, as the Indians and the Yankees are fading a bit.
