The Calgary Stampeders and Saskatchewan Roughriders are playing live on the CFL schedule on Friday night and the matchup is from Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field in Regina and the matchup is streaming from ESPN3 on the WatchESPN website at 10 pm ET as these west teams matchup for Canadian Football League action.

The Roughriders will have rookie quarterback Seth Doege in the game on Friday night and this is the first of two matchups before the teams play at the end of the month in Calgary. The Stampeders come into the game at 11-2 and they are first in the division standings and Saskatchewan come into the game at 9-4 and they are tied in the standings with Edmonton.

The Stampeders come into the matchup as the best offensive team in the league and the defense has been playing well too and they are 5-1 on the road this season. The team comes in after winning their last game and all the west division teams are still currently leading the east division on points and records. Edmonton is second in the standings behind Calgary by four points and the bottom teams in the division include BC and Winnipeg.
