Fantasy Football Start or Sit Seahawks Redskins: Marshawn Lynch, Niles Paul, Percy Harvin, Alfred Morris, DeSean Jackson, Jordan Reed Options

The fantasy football Week 5 schedule ends with Seahawks-Redskins and some start or sit options for the Monday night game include Marshawn Lynch, Niles Paul, Percy Harvin, Alfred Morris, DeSean Jackson, Jordan Reed, Russell Wilson, Doug Baldwin, Pierre Garcon, Robert Turbin and Kirk Cousins, as some of those players can make major impacts on MNF, while others are dealing with injuries and may not play or contribute.

The Seahawks come into the game as the favorites and Lynch should be a major START option after the way the Giants ran all over the Redskins last weekend. Lynch was held out of practice earlier this week, but it was not for an injury and fantasy owners should not be concerned about his status. Niles Paul should be back in the lineup after getting injured last week and he continues to START over Jordan Reed while he deals with a hamstring injury.

Percy Harvin, Doug Baldwin, Luke Wilson and Russell Wilson are all START options, as the Seahawks offense should have no trouble moving the ball on Monday. The Giants made a mess of the secondary of the Redskins last week and now Washington will have even more to worry about with the Seahawks. Seattle has smart personnel and Washington will have to be very smart to avoid letting Wilson take over and dictate the pace of the game. Once Wilson and Lynch get going they can be very hard to stop and that will be key for the Redskins.

Alfred Morris is a START option after the way Cousins played last weekend and he could get some major touches on Monday night. Lynch and Morris are hard starter options along with Percy Harvin and Doug Baldwin. The Redskins have a number of players on the injury report, including Reed, DeSean Jackson and Paul, but as long as those players are active, they are worth starting. Reed should be a SIT option unless the Redskins say he will be active over Paul, but right now it looks like Paul will be in.

Pierre Garcon should be a major START option and that would be even more major if DeSean Jackson is out of the matchup. The Redskins need playmakers on the outside and with Jordan Reed also injured, the team needs to make sure they have enough to counter the Seahawks secondary. Seattle has the best secondary talent-wise in the league and after the way Cousins was hit hard by the Giants last week, the Redskins need to play much better for a chance to win.

Luke Wilson is a SIT option unless you have no other choices at TE. It's not that Wilson can't have a good game and he may very well do that, but the Seahawks do not go to the position to often on passing plays. The Seahawks come in rested after a bye week, while the Redskins come in rested after a long week following the Thursday night game. Both teams are trying to keep pace in the division, as all three teams other than the Redskins won in the NFC East, while the west saw the Niners and the Cardinals finish the week with three wins for first in the division, with Arizona losing to Denver and the Niners winning over the Chiefs.
