Reggie Bush Fantasy: Joique Bell Detroit Lions Starter Despite RB Return Week 8? Calvin Johnson Uncertain as Golden Tate, Corey Fuller Top Matthew Stafford Picks

The Detroit Lions might not know if Calvin Johnson is going to be active for the team's game against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, but Reggie Bush is confident that he will be. The Lions have certainly not suffered while both offensive stars have been nursing injuries, but that does not mean they could not use them back on the field. While Johnson did make the trip to London, he is not a guarantee to play, but Bush says he is healthy and fine.

Bush has been out of the lineup after suffering an ankle injury. He took a week off but returned against the New Orleans Saints where he primarily sat on the sidelines. Now Bush says he is a guarantee to play against the Falcons and feeling healthy enough to make a real impact.

"I'm fine," Bush said, via MLive.com. "I mean, I'm not 100 percent. But I haven't been 100 percent since high school. Got rolled up on a few times and injured in the game. But I felt fine after the game, though. Didn't have any setbacks, and that's the most important thing. Looking to just continue to progress every week. I'll be on the field Sunday."

Despite his return, Bush lacks the productivity of a fantasy starter. The running back had just 32 yards against the New Orleans Saints as he struggles to make a real impact on the field. The Falcons do not have much of a defense, but if they do attempt some kind of effort, Bush could see much of the same. Joique Bell might still be the go-to running back for the team. Against the Saints, he put up 48 yards while notching 74 against the Vikings.

There are still questions about Johnson heading into Sunday's game. The wide receiver has missed games due to an ankle injury, but appears to be improving. The receiver told the media that he was back to running and cutting and will likely participate in team workouts this week. However, if there is some doubt regarding Johnson's health, the Lions will not hesitate to sit him. The team has been succeeding without him, remaining one of the best NFC teams through seven weeks. Golden Tate and Corey Fuller are handling things without him.
