The Washington Wizard and New York Knicks are playing on the NBA preseason schedule on Wednesday and the game is live in NY from Madison Square Garden at 7:30 pm ET as Carmelo Anthony and Derek Fisher take on John Wall and the Wiz and it comes as the Knicks are 2-3 on the exhibition season and they are preparing to open the year against LeBron and the Cavs.

The Knicks come into the game after a loss against the Milwaukee Bucks and that was a home matchup and now they have the Wizards before playing against the Raptors. The team ends the preseason after that and then they open the regular season with a very tough matchup with the Cavaliers and their new look team with LeBron James and Kevin Love as well as Kyrie Irving. The Knicks have high expectations this season and they have a new coach with Derek Fisher and new offense to implement with the triangle.
