British Open 2012 ESPN Live Stream: Watch Tiger Attempt to Surpass First Place Brandt Snedeker in the Third Round on Saturday

Tiger Woods is making a run at first place in the first two rounds of the 2012 British Open championship.

However, Brandt Snedeker is on fire, shooting 10 below par to sit on top of the leaderboard. He shot a 66 in the first round and a 64 in the second round. Snedeker has taken 130 shots pulling him ahead of the competition.

Adam Scott was the leader in the first round, but he shot a combined -9 in the first and second round. He shot a 64 and 67 good enough for second place.

Woods has been consistent shotting -3's in the first and second round for a combined -6 so far in the tournament.

These three golfers do not have to worry about Phil Mickelson or Darren Clarke as both golfers were eliminated after the second round.

Bubba Watson, Rory McIlroy and Vijay Singh had better luck and they are currently competing in the third round.

Singh and McIlroy barely made it into the third round after shooting +2. Watson finished even at 140 after posting a 67 in the first round and a 73 in the second.

Tiger, Snedeker and Scott have dominated in the first two rounds.

For Tiger Woods this is a chance to nail the 15th major title he has been chasing for the past four years. With a victory, he could claim his fourth British Open Championship.
