Fantasy Football Start or Sit Week 12: Arian Foster, Julius Thomas, LeGarrette Blount, Josh Gordon, Alfred Blue, Emmanuel Sanders Options

The fantasy football Week 12 schedule picks up Sunday and some start or sit options include Arian Foster, Julius Thomas, LeGarrette Blount, Josh Gordon, Alfred Blue, Emmanuel Sanders, Odell Beckham, Jonas Gray, Trent Richardson, Jordan Matthews, Mark Ingram, Kenny Stills, Dwayne Allen, Coby Fleener, Brandon Marshall, Ben Tate and Isaiah Crowell.

Arian Foster comes into the weekend with a groin injury and he is listed officially as questionable for the game on Sunday. Fantasy owners should look at Alfred Blue as a start option if Foster can't go and even if he does play, he likely will be limited. Julius Thomas is questionable with an ankle injury and he could be out for the Broncos on Sunday. Jacob Tamme would be worth a START if Thomas is out, but if he can go he should be in the lineup for fantasy owners. Sanders is also expected to start, while Josh Gordon is coming back from a suspension.

Josh Gordon is the best START option of the week, as he comes in after being suspended and he is anticipating getting back onto the field for the Browns. Ben Tate is a start option with Matt Asiata banged up, although Jerick McKinnon is expected to have the bulk of the carries on Sunday. Dwayne Allen is a SIT after he was injured and that could lead to a boost for Coby Fleener, as the Colts are taking on the Jaguars this weekend.

The Patriots just picked up LeGarrette Blount and he could be a sleeper start option, as Jonas Gray could be limited after he missed practice on Friday. Blount was with the team last season and while Shane Vereen likely will be the led back with the Lions coming in, Blount could be a solid option for teams in need of an RB. Trent Richardson is a solid option for the Colts after Ahmad Bradshaw was injured, while Dan Herron could be a sleeper in deeper leagues.

Mark Ingram has been playing well this season since returning from an injury and he is a strong start option for Monday night. Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery are each dealing with injuries, but they come in as probable for the weekend and should play. Both are START options unless the injury reports change on Saturday. Kenny Stills is another solid option for the Saints, as Brandin Cooks is out for the season and now he should step up into a more prominent role.

Foster did not practice on Friday and now he will likely be a gametime decision on Sunday just like he was last week when he missed the matchup with the Browns. Losing Foster would be huge for fantasy owners and Alfred Blue is a solid start option if Foster is out, as he rushed for over 150 yards last week. ESPN.com reports that even if Foster does play, he likely will split time with Blue in the lineup and that could be a big decision to make for fantasy owners.

As the playoffs get closer injury decisions and last minute lineup changes could be huge for certain teams and leagues, as there are some prime NFL matchups in Week 12. The injuries to Broncos players should be watched closely, while Foster is the top running back of the week to keep an eye on for fantasy owners.
