The Washington Redskins and Indianapolis Colts are playing on the Week 13 NFL schedule on Sunday and the matchup from Lucas Oil Stadium starts at 1 pm ET on CBS as Andrew Luck faces off against Colt McCoy and not Robert Griffin III after the two players were previously drafted one-two in the NFL draft.

The Colts come into the game with a 7-4 record and they are in first place in the AFC South and look like a playoff team, while the Redskins are last in the NFC East. Luck and Griffin were on track to start against each other in this game after being taken just one pick apart a few years ago, but RG3 has been benched and that says a lot about where these two are in their careers. Griffin led the Redskins to the playoffs like Luck did with the Colts in his first season, but while Luck has developed into one of the best young qbs in the league, Griffin has been injured and has also struggled.

Luck is on track for career highs across the board this season and the Colts come in ranked first in the league in passing yards per game. The team lost Ahmad Bradshaw to an injury and that will make things tough for Luck going forward, but the team should make the playoffs again as south division champs. The Colts play on the road against the Cleveland Browns next and they come in after a dominant performance against the Jaguars, winning that game 23-3 last week.

The Redskins have been up and down this season and they have RG3 on the bench and now they take on the Colts before playing the Rams. The team is ranked in the top 10 on defense in passing and rushing yards per game and the Redskins are 10th in passing, but they have just three wins this year. The team has lost three straight games and they finish with the Colts, Rams, Giants, Eagles and Cowboys on the schedule.
