The English Premier League table has Chelsea leading things ahead of Manchester City, Southampton, Manchester United and West Ham on the EPL standings heading into December and they are on top of Arsenal, Tottenham, Swansea City, Newcastle and Everton in the top 10, with the Blues dominating the Barclays the whole way so far.

Chelsea comes in with 33 points this season and they are six clear of Man City and if any team wants to make a move on the Blues, now is that time. December has a massive schedule for the EPL and the teams lagging behind the Blues have the chance to make up points. Chelsea has played very well for the season and they have yet to lose on the schedule and while they are due for a defeat, they have also done enough to stay clean all year.
The Blues lead Manchester City and Southampton, while Man United is four points back and one points ahead of West Ham. The Gunners are in sixth place and Arsenal is tied on points with Tottenham. Swansea City and Newcastle have 19 points, while Everton and Liverpool are in 10th and 11th with 17 points. Manchester United took on Stoke City and they were in control for most of the match.
Man United comes in looking to make a run in the standings and this would be the month to do it. The schedule picks up for everyone and now Southampton, Man City and Man United have the chance to try and bridge the gap with Chelsea. The Blues have been undefeated and they are playing top class football, but they too are due for a loss and that could be the opening that other teams need.
Chelsea plays against Tottenham on Wednesday and that starts things off, while Arsenal is looking to bounce back against Southampton, which should be a tough test on both sides. Man City has Sunderland on the schedule, while Everton and Chelsea are also in action. Chelsea has been the best team in the league this season and they have now scored the most goals and they have the best goal differential in the EPL and that could be a major factor come the end of the season.
Chelsea has been dominating this season and they come in after a 5-0 win in the Champions League and a draw with Sunderland away. The team won over West Brom in their last game out and now they come in with wins against Liverpool, and QPR in their last stretch. The team has Stoke City, Hull and West Ham coming up as well as a match with Southampton that could be a trap game away. José Mourinho has been brilliant with his handling of things this season and now he likely will have to do it again without Diego Costa on Wednesday.
