Olympics Swimming Heats Live Stream 2012: Watch Michael Phelps in Monday Preliminaries

It is Day 3 of swimming action in London. Watch as the Heats take place at 5 a.m. ET/10 a.m. GMT

The first event to go off early Monday morning will be the Women's 200m Freestyle. The U.S.'s Missy Franklin, the 17-year-old from Pasadena, California will have a chance to qualify for the Semis taking place on Monday evening. She will be accompanied by fellow U.S. teammate Allison Schmitt.

Franklin has already won a bronze medal after competing in the Women's 400. Relay. She comes into the event as a heavy favorite. 

Also a heavy favorite in his event, though still searching for his first gold medal, Michael Phelps will hit the swimming block for the Men's 200m Butterfly heats.

Phelps has already lost in two of the events he has participated in, the Men's 400m Individual Medley and the 4x100m Relay.
