Olympics 2012 Women's Basketball: Live Stream Watch Team USA vs. Angola Today at 5:15 PM ET

The U.S. women's basketball team will be back in action today as they take on Angola, 5:15 p.m. ET.

This will be the first time that Angola and the United States have ever faced each other in women's basketball.

Even though it is expected that Angola shouldn't pose much of a challenge to the U.S., the match is important for the Africans, after they lost their opening game 50-72 to Turkey.

The Americans had an intense practice Sunday - working to correct some of the weaknesses that the Croatians exposed Saturday. The Americans struggled on offense for three quarters against Croatia before winning by 25 - the biggest margin of victory in any of the games on Saturday. Still, they know there is a lot to improve on.

"We're trying to improve every game," head coach Geno Auriemma said. "There are a lot of things we did in the Croatia game we didn't like. We did some things we did like. We'll see if we're better at those things."

Leading the U.S. women's basketball team is Diana Taurasi. She is the key to the U.S.'s bid for a gold medal.

In the team's Olympic debut Saturday night against Croatia, she nailed two consecutive 3-pointers late in the first half to break open a close game, thus providing the U.S. with its 34th straight win in Olympic play.

Taurasi is seeking a third gold medal to accompany those she took home from the 2004 and 2008 Summer Games.

"Every Olympics is different," Taurasi said. "Different city, different coach, different groups of players, so each one has its own flavor, and so far this one is a really cool experience so far. We've only played one game, but, you know, things are good. We take a lot of pride in coming here and showing the world how hard we've worked."

The game will be televised live on the NBC Sports Network. You can watch a live stream online here.
