Oakland Raiders Rumors: Ndamukong Suh Signed After Charles Woodson, Justin Tuck Recruit with Khalil Mack and Sio Moore? Julius Thomas, Randall Cobb Deals Favored

Charles Woodson likely has one year left in the NFL and he intends on making it could. The veteran safety signed back with the Oakland Raiders in free agency to hopefully get the team out of their long playoff drought and into some success. However, in order to do so, they must make some significant upgrades on both sides of the ball to make that dream happen. According to Woodson, he wants some of the biggest names on the Oakland roster for 2015.

Woodson has big expectations for the Raiders in 2015 and he believes a good portion of them can be met with the right personnel on the roster. One player Woodson wants to see come to Oakland is the No. 1 free agent, Ndamukong Suh, According to Michael Rothstein of ESPN.com, Woodson wants Suh to help round out the Raiders' defensive line in 2015.

"I don't think there's a team in the NFL that wouldn't want to see Ndamukong Suh on their team," Woodson said, via ESPN.com. "I know I would be no different. That guy is one of the best, overall, period in the NFL. Would I like him on our team? Believe it."

The Raiders have the space to make a contract for Suh happen. The Raiders have some of the most cap space to work with in the league this summer and with Suh out for money first and foremost, Oakland could get a deal done. However, according to ESPN.com, the Detroit Lions are reportedly the favorites to re-sign Suh as contract talks have been ongoing for several weeks now. If Suh does not like the offer, he will test the market where Oakland can make a serious push for him.

Woodson is not the only one taking time to recruit Charles Woodson. Justin Tuck would like to see the Detroit defensive star out west as well. Tuck continues to praise Khalil Mack and Sio Moore as players to build around for the future and he believes having someone like Suh in can help that effort.

"[He's] Raider-ish," Tuck said, via the Detroit Free Press. "And that's one of the reasons why I know Raider Nation would applaud that move, beyond the fact that he's an awesome football player. He kind of fits the mold of ... the toughness and the ferocious player that built the Oakland Raiders."

The Raiders are speaking with confidence and rightfully so. Quarterback Derek Carr appears to be the potential real deal at the position and head coach Jack Del Rio is ready to move the Raiders into the right direction. Getting Suh in free agency would be huge for Oakland if it happens.
