NFL Preseason Schedule 2012: New York Giants Face Familiar Foe, TV Coverage and Matchups of Week 2

The Dallas Cowboys and Oakland Raiders are the last teams to play in the 2012 Preseason, but their action will get under way today, completing all Week 1 games. Week 2 matchups have been released and there will be intriguing rivals playing against each other. Starting on Thursday, Week 2 games will be under way.

The San Francisco 49ers face off against the Houston Texans in what could be a Super Bowl matchup in the future.

The most interesting matchup of Week 2 has to be Saturday's matchup between the New York Giants versus the New York Jets. The numbers will not count for the regular season, but the New York Giants will face Tim Tebow and experience first hand what Tebowmania is all about.

The teams will not face each other this season as they played in the Christmas Eve matchup that saw the Giants winning 29-14 with Victor Cruz and Eli Manning teaming up for a 99-yard touchdown. The loss crushed the Jets' chance of the playoffs, while the win kept the Giants' playoff hopes alive.

Here is the entire schedule of games during the second week of preseason football.
