NFL Preseason Schedule 2012: Green Bay Packers vs Cincinnati Bengals Open Week 3, Kickoff at 7 PM ET

Week 3 of the NFL Preseason features Green Bay Packers and the Cincinnati Bengals kicking off as the first matchup on the schedule. The Packers vs. Bengals match will take place at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT.

It has been a rough start, to say the least, for the team with the best record of 2011, the 15-1 Packers. They started out the preseason with an 0-2 record.

So far the Packs look like an average team on the field, but then again, this is what preseason is for. Players need to get the rhythm of plays and find chemistry with one another.

The Packers are the only team in the NFC North without a win in the preseason, but at least, unlike the New York Jets, they have offensive touchdowns.

Cedric Benson, former Bengal, is supposed to make his Green Bay debut against his former team tonight.

The Packers face a Bengals team that has performed well in the preseason. They seem to have piggy backed on to their last season where they wound up in the playoffs.

Andy Dalton continues to grow in the preseason and has taken control as the quarterback of the franchise. So far in exhibition, Dalton has thrown for 179 yards and a touch down. He has a passion completion percentage just under 50 percent as he has gone 12/23.

His connection with A.J. Green continues to grow as the both teamed up for a 55-yard completion against the Atlanta Falcons last week.
