The 2012 U.S. Open action continues on Wednesday as the men wrap up the first round and the women open up the second round. On the men's side, a few of the top seeds will be in action.

No.3 ranked and Olympic gold medalist Andy Murray will clash with Ivan Dodig at Arthur Ashe Stadium at 7:00 PM.

Four-time Grand Slam finalist Andy Murray has reached US Open Championships second round, after beating his opening round opponent Alex Bogomolovjr of Russia in three sets with a 6-2, 6-4, 6-1 score line.

Andy Murray and Ivan Dodig have never played each other in their tennis career, where both the players are clashing for the first time in their tennis career here in US Open Championship. As for the predictions, Murray is looking as the huge favorite to win the second round in three sets and advances into the 2012 US Open third round.

On the women's side No.3 seeded Maria Sharapova will battle Lourdes Dominguez Lino also at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Defending U.S. Open champ Samantha Stosur will face Edina Gallovis; while No. 23 seeded Kim Clijsters will take on Laura Robson.

Coverage of the matches is currently being broadcasted on the Tennis Channel until 7 p.m., while coverage on ESPN2 last until 11 p.m.
