NFL Free Agent Rumors: Michael Crabtree, Reggie Wayne, Stevan Ridley Options For Oakland Raiders, Miami Dolphins, Washington Redskins?

The NFL free agent market still has some notable names with Reggie Wayne, Michael Crabtree, Greg Jennings, Stevan Ridley, Knowshon Moreno and Steven Jackson still available and teams like the Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins, Washington Redskins, Seattle Seahawks, Minnesota Vikings and Oakland Raiders could be interested in some of those players.

The Dolphins have met with Michael Crabtree and Stevan Ridley this offseason and now they are getting ready for a visit with Greg Jennings. According to Pro Football Talk, Jennings is meeting with the Dolphins on Tuesday and it comes after the team did not work out a deal with Crabtree when he visited with the team. Jennings has met with the Carolina Panthers this offseason and he also could be an option for the Oakland Raiders.

Miami has a need at WR this offseason after trading away Mike Wallace and they could look at adding players in the draft and in free agency. Jennings played two seasons with the Vikings before getting released and he has had 10 touchdowns over his time in Minnesota. The Dolphins traded for Kenny Stills and also have Jarvis Landry coming back, but they released Brian Hartline and could use some more depth at receiver.

Crabtree has started to generate some attention on the market, as he has met with the Dolphins and had a scheduled meeting this week with the Oakland Raiders. The Washington Redskins reportedly have some interest in Crabtree, while the San Francisco 49ers have not ruled out signing him back to the team. According to the Miami Herald, Crabtree was asking for over $4 million for a deal this year, but the Dolphins were only willing to offer around $2 million to the receiver.

The Chicago Bears also could be in the market for a receiver, as they traded away Brandon Marshall to the Jets and may want some more depth behind Alshon Jeffery. The team signed Eddie Royal, but they could use more on offense and if they don't go after a player in the draft, Jennings, Crabtree or Reggie Wayne could be potential options.

Ridley is getting some attention on the market and he has met with both the Jets and the Dolphins this offseason. According to ESPN reporter Mike Reiss on Twitter, Ridley is meeting with the Washington Redskins next and he could sign with a team by next week. Ridley is coming off of an ACL injury, but he has experience being the number one back with the Patriots and could be a nice depth option for any of the three teams.
