Champions League Final: Juventus Defeats Real Madrid To Advance Against Barcelona For UEFA Championship

The UEFA Champions League will have a new champion in 2015 after Juventus won over Real Madrid to advance to the final against Barcelona, as Cristiano Ronaldo and company will not defend their title in an El Clasico matchup, leaving Lionel Messi to take on Juventus after the Italian club knocked out the defending champions on a 3-2 aggregate score.

Real Madrid was not able to win the game after getting a 1-0 lead on a penalty from Ronaldo and now they will have to look to next year to get back to the final. The team took down Atletico Madrid last year for the final and now Juventus plays against another La Liga team after Barcelona won over Bayern Munich in the semis.

The goal gave the aggregate score a tie, but Alvaro Morata was able to get things going, putting in a  rebound and that put the score at 1-1. The aggregate was 3-2 at that point and the team was able to shut things down. Iker Casillas played well down the stretch to keep the team in it, but the club was unable to get another goal. The final is June 6 in Berlin and it will have Barcelona and Juventus.
