Chelsea Transfer Rumors and News: Gareth Bale, Edin Dzeko, Yaya Toure Targets For Jose Mourinho With John Stones?

Chelsea has won the Barclays English Premier League trophy this season and moving forward manager Jose Mourinho may look at adding even more talent, as names like Gareth Bale, Edin Dzeko, Yaya Toure and John Stones are potential targets for the Blues this summer.

According to the Sunday Times, Duncan Castle reports that Gareth Bale is looking to get "out" of Real Madrid and if that happens, Chelsea and Manchester United could be interested in bringing him back to England. Castle writes that Man United could consider making a record move for Bale if the Welsh star is looking to leave Spain. Bale previously was with Tottenham before his record move two years ago.

The Sunday Mirror reports that Chelsea may make a run at Edin Dzeko and Yaya Toure this summer from Manchester City, with Mourinho showing interest in both players. Toure has had his issues with the club and he could be poised to move. According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea is in the mix for John Stones from Everton along with Manchester City.

The report says that Chelsea could try and sign Stones this summer and it comes after he signed a deal in August last year. The 20-year-old defender could see the two teams compete for him after having a strong campaign in the 2014-15 season. The Independent reports that Manchester United may lose David De Gea to Real Madrid and that also could play into things with Bale. The team has spent £23 million on PSV Eindhoven's Memphis Depay and they could look at another major move.

Bale has scored 13 goals this season and he comes in after another year without a league trophy for Real Madrid, with Barcelona clinching the La Liga title. Bale won the Champions League last year with Real Madrid, but this year the team fell in the semifinals to Juventus. Bleacher Report writes that Bale's agent said that he is "pissed off" in Spain and that he would rather be out of his wing role and wants to move into central position.
