The Baltimore Ravens and New England Patriots will battle Sunday night in Week 3's marquee matchup in primetime, as both teams look to rebound from tough Week 2 losses that sent both teams to 1-1 records.

New England suffered a disappointing 20-18 setback to the Arizona Cardinals as 13-point home favorites last week, but it has a great chance of getting back on the right track.

The Patriots have won all six regular-season meetings with the Ravens, while they've dropped back-to-back games just three times since 2003.

The Patriots defense has been impressive. New England ranks in the Top 10 in both passing yards (202) and rushing yards (62.5) allowed per game. If the Patriots defense plays well tonight, the offense is going to have a chance to win the game.

Eight months after "The Drop" and "Wide Left" combined to rip the collective hearts out of the football-crazed citizens of Baltimore, wide receiver Lee Evans and kicker Billy Cundiff will be nowhere to be found at M&T Bank Stadium when the hometown Ravens seek retribution against the New England Patriots Sunday for that gut-wrenching 23-20 loss in the AFC championship back in January.

The Ravens defense has been decent in their first two outings of the season, but not typical Baltimore fashion. The Ravens are giving up 275 yards per game through the air and nearly 130 yards per game on the ground. That has to improve if Baltimore is going to make a serious run at the Super Bowl again this season.

Joe Flacco and the Ravens have been efficient this year, averaging 6.7 yards per play.
