NFL Week 4 Predictions Patriots vs. Bills: New England Will Break Losing Streak

We haven't found ourselves saying this too often, the New England Patriots will break their losing streak on Sunday as they get ready to head into Buffalo to face the first place Bills.

The prediction is clear, the Patriots are my favorite to take this game as, without a doubt, they remain one of the best teams in the league, despite losing two consecutive games to the Arizona Cardinals and the Baltimore Ravens.

To the Patriots' defense, the Cardinals have surprised everybody and the Ravens are not your average NFL team.

The Bills play right into the Patriots' strengths and weaknesses, which is why they have an advantage going into Sunday's game.

The Patriots go into Week 4 ranked 24 in passing defense and seventh in running defense. The Bills are a run first team, especially with the way C.J. Spiller was galloping up and down sidelines in the first three weeks of football before his injury.

The Bills have averaged 178 running yards in the first three games of the season. This has helped them start off 2-1 and has hidden a bigger issue on offense, they are the seventh worst passing team in the NFL averaging 193 yards per game.

Will the Bills stray away from their strength to pick on the Patriots' weakness? The Pats have allowed 262 passing yards per game ranking them No. 24 in the NFL.

Whatever the case is, the Patriots possess a more balanced team and they will look to get back to their winning ways on Sunday. The Bills have yet to face an opponent of the Patriots' caliber.

They played the New York Jets, Kansas City Chiefs and the Cleveland Browns in their first three weeks. Minus Fitzpatrick's three interceptions in Week 1, they have been able to do as they please offensively.

Prediction: This one will be a tough gritty match between AFC East rivals. I see the Bills pretending to be a No. 1 team in the division, so they will try to give the Patriots a hard and physical game. Brady will go for 300+ yards again, two touchdowns and at least one interception.

C.J. Spiller was their biggest offensive weapon prior to his injury. Fred Jackson is expected to make a return this week. I see the Patriots' defense dominating this one, but it will not be a blowout. 23-17 Patriots.
