Chelsea News and Rumors: Radamel Falcao Signed On Loan From Monaco For Jose Mourinho After Manchester United Stint

Chelsea has agreed to a loan deal for Radamel Falcao with club Monaco and he will come over on a season long deal in the Premier League for 2015-16 and will join the EPL defending champs as Jose Mourinho tries to stay on top for the second straight year.

According to the BBC, Falcao has agreed to a deal to stay in England and play for Chelsea and the loan has an option to make the deal permanent. Falcao previously played for Manchester United last season and had four goals in 29 games and now he will be joining the Blues. Falcao previously played with Thibaut Courtois, Filipe Luis and Diego Costa and that could make his transition to Chelsea smoother.

Falcao scored 70 goals in two seasons with Atletico Madrid and Chelsea is hoping he can give a solid offensive performance along with Costa. Falcao is 29 and gives Mourinho some options with his lineup moving forward into the season. Chelsea won the Premier League last season and one of the main reasons was the play up front and now the team is hoping they can add another solid scoring option into next season.
