NLDS Game 1 Live Stream: Reds vs. Giants in Action at 9:30 p.m. ET.

Watch as the Cincinnati Reds take on the NL West champion San Francisco Giants for the first game of the National League Division Series.

Johnny Cueto had the best season of his career and led the Reds' pitching roation. He went 19-9 with a 2.89 ERA in 33 games. He threw 218 IP and recorded 170 strikeouts.

He will be oppposed by none other than Matt Cain, Mr. Perfect, who went 16-5 with a 2.79 ERA in 32 games started. He threw 219.1 innings and struckout 193.

For Cain, this was the season where he became the official ace of the Giants pitching staff. With a struggling Tim Lincecum, Cain stepped up and took command of the pitching rotation.

It was a tough season for the Giants as their leading hitter, Melky Cabrera missed about the last two months of the season after being suspended for the use of performance enhancing drugs.

With the moves the Los Angeles Dodgers made in August, the Giants looked like were going to lose control of the West. Buster Posey went on a tear hitting 24 home runs, driving in 103 runs while hitting .336.

The Giants went from an unproductive team to a team with the fifth best batting average in the majors.

The Reds on the other hand possess more power than the Giants. They finished the season 11th in the league in home runs, meanwhile the Giants were the worst home run hitting team in the league.

The Giants possess the home field advantage in this battle, but do not count out the Reds club.

The game starts at 9:30 p.m. et/6:30 p.m. PT.
