Russia hosts Portugal in this month's World Cup qualifiers as the road to Brazil 2014 World Cup continues.
Both clubs are perfect so far in their two Group F matches earlier in the year and this is their first encounter in the first round. Russia and Portugal both have two wins.
Russia has racked up six points scoring six goals and allowing none. They shutout Northern Ireland and Israel. Meanwhile Portugal also has six points, but they have scored five and allowed one. They defeated Luxembourg 2-1 and Azerbaijan 3-0.
Both teams are expected to walk out in first and second place from Group F, making the matches between them even more important.
Russia has never dropped a match against Portugal at home, proving that home field advantage is vital.
