EPL Table and Results: Liverpool, Arsenal Draw Match, Manchester City Leads Barclays Premier League Standings

The EPL table has Manchester and Leicester City in the top two positions in the Barclays Premier League standings after Liverpool pulled a draw with Arsenal on Monday and the Reds are in ahead of Manchester United and Crystal Palace after staying undefeated through three games this year.

Man City comes in leading with nine points in three games with three wins and they are on top of Leicester City, Liverpool, Man United and Crystal Palace in the top five. Swansea comes in at sixth on the table, while Everton, Norwich, Arsenal and Chelsea round out the top 10. Chelsea held on for a win this weekend and they now are moving in the right direction after a slow start.

Liverpool has started the season without a loss and they ended up with a draw 0-0 at Emirates Stadium to earn another point. Liverpool was better on the offensive side early on, but the Gunners got some strong play from Petr Cech and he held the Reds without a goal. Christian Benteke and Philippe Coutinho had chances and after the first half, Arsenal came back with an attack.

The draw away was big for Liverpool, as they now will not have to worry about the Gunners for some time. Arsenal showed some skill in the second half from Alexis Sanchez, who nearly had a goal after putting one off the post and Simon Mignolet ended up keeping the Gunners scoreless. Liverpool has put up seven points and they have not allowed a goal yet and have put up three clean sheets in a row to start the season.

Cech has helped Arsenal and he comes in after a £10m sale from Chelsea and it came with Cech being frustrated as the second goalie for the Blues. Last season Liverpool slipped back after a great run in 2014 when they nearly won the title and now they are moving forward without Raheem Sterling, who is now with Man City. Benteke made an impact early in the game and he has played well this season so far from Brendan Rodgers.
