This is another segment of baseball weather. I'm considering calling it the "Sports World -Series Weather- Report." Game 1 will be hosted by the San Francisco Giants as they will face the Detroit Tigers and things are looking good by the bay.

Weather.com currently has humid conditions at nightfall in the City by the Bay with mostly clear skies and 0 percent chance of rain. It will be around 50 degrees Fahrenheit.

What does this mean for Marco Scutaro and the rest of baseball?

There will be no Shawshank Redemption moment in this game.

In Game 7, there was rain in radar for later in the evening and boy did it pour! Bruce Bochy risked going to the bullpen late in the game, but luckily for him and the fans, the umpires let them play on.

For tonight's game, the radar is completely clear. The closest showers by 4 p.m. PT, an hour before first pitch, is east of Sacramento and further north by Myrtle Creek and Gold Beach.

If any weather related news comes up, we will keep you informed, but for now, everything looks good. 

Taking the mound for the Giants will be Barry Zito and he will face the Tigers' Justin Verlander.
