Thursday Night Football Live Stream: Watch Online As The Minnesota Vikings Host The Tampa Bay Buccaneers At 8:20 PM ET

With a surprising 5-2 start to the season the Minnesota Vikings will look to improve their record as they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for Thursday Night Football at 8:20 p.m. ET.

This will be Minnesota's first and only primetime game this season, and it's the first time since 2000 that they're hosting a Thursday night game.

The Vikings enter the matchup coming off an impressive 21-14 home victory against the Arizona Cardinals, holding a two touchdown lead for most of the second half.

Vikings running back Adrian Peterson recorded his best game of the season boasting 153 yards on the ground, nearly averaging seven yards per carry.

Peterson will face a tough Bucs defense that ranks the third-best rush defense in the league.

Bucs coach Greg Schiano has his team holding opponents to just 76 yards per game in the ground, but their poor secondary has exposed many flaws in their defense against the pass.

Statistically, they have the second-worst pass defense in the league, a big reason for them dropping four of their past five games. They'll continue to play without one of their best defensive backs, Aqib Talib, who's in the middle of serving a four-game suspension.

The Bucs will enter this game with a 2-4 record, 0-2 when playing on the road.
