The Miami Dolphins had DeVante Parker active for Week 1 against the Redskins, but the rookie wideout was on the field for only one snap and he is looking to see more time in Week 2. The Dolphins avoided Ndamukong Suh getting suspended after an issue with Alfred Morris, while Lamar Miller, Jarvis Landry and Jordan Cameron are the three best fantasy options for Sunday.
Parker had surgery in the offseason after being drafted by the Dolphins and the team was cautious with him in the first game. According to head coach Joe Philbin, Parker was used sparingly because the team wants him to get his timing back and that it was a "one-time decision and one game." Parker will get the chance to show how he is feeling in practice and if that goes well this week, he could see more time against the Jaguars.
The Dolphins avoided a suspension for Ndamukong Suh, as the NFL decided his run-in with Washington Redskins running back Alfred Morris did not warrant any action. According to Pro Football Talk, Suh allegedly "kicked" Morris after making a tackle against him in the game on Sunday. Suh said after the game that he did not remember doing anything like that and after reviewing the video, the NFL decided that there was not any infraction and that "no further action" will be taken.
Parker has the chance to be a dynamic player and the team had hoped he would be fully recovered from his foot injury for Week 1. Parker clearly was healthy enough to play or he would not have been on the field, but the team also did not want to push Parker too much too soon. Parker has the chance to be a great deep threat and an explosive player with his speed and the Dolphins want him to stay healthy for the duration of the season.
Lamar Miller, Jarvis Landry and Jordan Cameron are the best fantasy options for Week 2 against the Jaguars, as the offense could put up some numbers. Miller had 55 yards to start the season against the Redskins, while Landry had a punt return TD and Cameron had four catches for 74 yards. Cameron is going to be a safety valve for Ryan Tannehill and he could put up some good numbers this season. The Dolphins have also let go of LaMichael James and Jonas Gray heading out of the Week 1 win against the Redskins.

The Dolphins also did not use outside linebacker Chris McCain in the game on Sunday, as he was an inactive for the Washington matchup. McCain was slotted in to be one of the starters earlier in the offseason, but he was pushed down on the depth chart in training camp. Philbin said that McCain likely would play more moving forward and that the decision to make him inactive was "best" for the matchup against the Redskins. The Dolphins are hoping to make a playoff run this season after signing Suh this winter.
