Fantasy Sleeper Pickups and Starters: Karlos Williams, Donte Moncrief, Chris Johnson, Cole Beasley, Austin Seferian Jenkins, Tevin Coleman, Dion Lewis Week 2

The fantasy football Week 2 matchups on Sunday have some solid sleepers and pickup options to start, including names like Karlos Williams, Donte Moncrief, Chris Johnson, Cole Beasley, Dion Lewis, Austin Seferian Jenkins, Tevin Coleman, Terrance Williams, Davante Adams, James Jones and Rueben Randle as breakout options.

Injuries often push players into bigger roles and that fits for a number of those players above, including Williams, Johnson, Beasley and Moncrief. TY Hilton is banged up heading into Monday night football and that could give Donte Moncrief a boost for Andrew Luck. The Colts come in after a loss to the Bills and they will be looking to bounce back against the Jets to try and avoid an 0-2 start this season.

Williams is worth starting after the game he had last week for the Bills, but LeSean McCoy is also dealing with a hamstring and could be limited. If that happens, Williams is worth starting and moving forward he could be a good sleeper as a backup for McCoy. Williams comes in after rushing for 55 yards and scoring a TD and he could continue getting carries for Rex Ryan. McCoy may need some time to get his hamstring and his rhythm back and fantasy owners could take advantage with Williams.

Andre Ellington is dealing with an injury and he will be out for a few weeks, making Chris Johnson and David Johnson the main options for the Cardinals. Chris Johnson is going to to be the lead back for Week 2, according to ESPN.com, David Johnson is expected to get some work, but the veteran Johnson is going to be the "lead dog" after Bruce Arians said that in his weekly presser. Chris Johnson had 10 rushes for 37 yards last week and the rookie Johnson added a touchdown on his only touch of the game. Both are worth checking out until Ellington returns.

Cole Beasley and Terrance Williams are solid options moving forward, as Dez Bryant is dealing with a foot injury and could be out for a stretch. Beasley is a favorite target for Tony Romo and Williams was considered a sleeper by many coming into the season before Bryant was injured. The Cowboys put up points and those players could really make an impact.

Dion Lewis may only be an option for another week with LeGarrette Blount back, but Blunt could need some time to get back to speed. Lewis had a solid debut for the Patriots and he could be worth a flier this week. Austin Seferian-Jenkins is going to be a nice safety valve for Jameis Winston and he is strong option moving forward for anyone needing a tight end.
