The Penn State Littany Lions host the Ohio State Buckeyes in a Big 10 matchup between two great teams that are unfortunately ineligible for championship participation. 

After all the drama this past summer, Penn State is off to a 5-2 start in 2012. After losing their first two games of the season, the Littany Lions are on a five-game winning streak. 

They lost to the Ohio Bobcats and Virginia Cavaliers. Then they have beaten Navy, Temple, Northwestern, Illinois and Iowa.

Their defense is their forte as they are 13th in the nation with 15.7 points allowed. 

They face an undefeated Buckeyes team that went through a scare last week as their quarterback Braxton Miller was harshly tackled and needed assistance to exit the field. 

Fortunately, for Miller and the Buckeyes, he was cleared to practice and should be in action for Saturday's game. 

Ohio St. had a big 29-22 win against Purdue in overtime last week as their replacement quarterboack, Kenny Guiton, came off the bench and rallied the Buckeyes late in game.

He completed a touchdown and a two-point conversation for a game-tying last minute drive in the game. Then he threw the game-winning touchdown to complete the comeback.
