Buffalo Bills Fantasy Rumors: LeSean McCoy Starts, Karlos Williams Sleeper Pick With Percy Harvin, Sammy Watkins, Robert Woods Week 3?

The Buffalo Bills have LeSean McCoy healthy for Week 3 and fantasy football owners should start him along with Karlos Williams, as the backup RB could be a sleeper again this weekend against the Dolphins. Percy Harvin and Sammy Watkins are ready to play in Week 3 for Tyrod Taylor and the Bills are trying to bounce back from a loss to the Patriots.

McCoy has been dealing with a hamstring issue to start the season and while he played last week, he sat out of practice on Wednesday. According to Mike Rodak at ESPN, McCoy was back at practice on Thursday and all signs point to him playing in Week 3. The team also saw Percy Harvin active in practice and that is a good sign for him playing on Sunday after dealing with a hip issue. Taylor has a chest injury, but he was able to participate in a full practice and is ready to start.

McCoy has been the starter for the Bills, but his hamstring issue has given Williams the chance to step up for the team. Williams has taken some touchdowns down in the redzone and that makes him a solid fantasy option for this week and the weeks ahead. Rex Ryan has continued to praise both players and he has been using Williams in certain situations over McCoy and that makes him worth starting again. The Dolphins defense has not played all that well and the running backs could put up some numbers on Sunday.

According to Pro Football Talk, McCoy said that the hamstring issue could "linger all season" and that makes Williams a worth investment for fantasy owners. If McCoy goes down, Williams will be the starter and he already has been putting up some solid numbers and is a good RB3 or FLEX option for Week 3. McCoy has 130 yards rushing in two games along with six catches for 73 yards, but he has yet to score a TD this season. Williams has stolen a couple TDs in those situations and he has two scores along with 76 yards rushing and two catches for 16 yards. Williams has not had a breakout game yet, but if he keeps taking TDs from McCoy, he is worthy handcuff investment.

Harvin was held out of practice on Wednesday, but he was able to return on Thursday and he looks like he will be ready to start for the Bills. Harvin is a solid WR2 or WR3 option heading into Week 3 and he comes in with nine catches for 126 yards this season. Harvin also returns kicks and he can be an explosive player in the return game as well, which adds some value to him for fantasy owners.

Watkins has been off to a slow start this season, but he got work done in Week 2 with six catches for 60 yards and a TD after not making a catch in week 1. Watkins has huge upside potential for the Bills and fantasy owners should try and buy low on Watkins heading into Week 3. Taylor has been up and down to start the season, but Rex Ryan likes what he brings to the table and he is expected to remain the starter over EJ Manuel after Matt Cassel was traded.
