Dallas Cowboys
Jason Witten (Tight End): Jason Witten saw the usual amount of targets however with Lance Dunbar out that will likely change. Witten finished the week 4 contest catching 4 out of 6 balls for 57 yards.
Terrance Williams/Cole Beasley (Wide Receiver): Williams had a tough job reeling in targets but caught the one that counted, a 4th quarter touchdown pass. Williams went 3/10 from the field for 49 yards and a touchdown. Beasley was utilized more when Dunbar went down with an injury, he finished the day catching 6 balls for 62 yards.
Joseph Randle/Darren McFadden/Lance Dunbar (Running Backs): Dunbar owners received the worst news when they saw the news on Monday; Lance Dunbar is out for the rest of the season with a torn ACL. This leaves Christine Michael to pick up the slack as he is now the third string running back. Randle had another game where he saw the end zone. Randle finished the game with 11 carries 26 yards and a touchdown. McFadden had 31 yards on just 10 carries after Randle almost fumbled in the end zone.
New Orleans Saints
Brandin Cooks/Willie Snead (Wide Receiver): Cooks looked terrible as he only managed to haul in 4 of 8 targets for 25 yards with Brees playing. Willie Snead instead snuck up and stole the extra targets earning himself a productive day. Snead caught 6 passes for 89 yards.
Mark Ingram/CJ Spiller (Running Backs): Ingram had an above average day running the ball 17 times for 77 yards and caught 6 out of 7 targets for 51 yards. Spiller had the game winning touchdown as he gashed the Cowboys for 99 yards and a touchdown receiving. Spiller only had 2 carries on the ground for 10 yards but made up for it in the air.
Drew Brees (Quarterback): Brees looked like his usual self besides the occasional wince of pain. Brees completed 33 of 41 pass attempts for 359 yards and 2 touchdowns. Brees seems as close to healthy as you can get and should be a solid start next week.
