NFL News: Will Quarterback Peyton Manning Return to Form? Gary Kubiak Confident In Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, Virgil Green Passing Game

Peyton Manning is having a rough season however the Denver Broncos remain undefeated. The questions about Manning grow every week he does not throw 5 touchdowns.

Some of Peyton's throws this past Sunday were very questionable but the Broncos in the end got the job done. So far this season Peyton has thrown 6 touchdowns and 7 interceptions forcing the assumption that he is declining in his final years of the league. People argue that with weapons like Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders, Manning should have a couple of more touchdowns by now.

Currently the Broncos are struggling to run the football with C.J. Anderson and Ronnie Hillman so defenses are keyed in on Peyton Manning and this passing offense.

Last year C.J. Anderson was at least effective enough to keep defenses guessing and the Broncos running game had a couple of rushers who had solid games. Now they are faced with no running lanes thanks to a porous offensive line and Peyton needs to create plays on the fly. The Broncos saw a bit more success with Peyton running the shot gun because from that offensive set he has the time to make his throws.

It is clear that Manning does not feel comfortable under center and Gary Kubiak needs to embrace that. If Gary Kubiak can find something to click in this offense whether it is the running or passing game it should set a chain reaction causing an offensive explosion that the Broncos certainly need.
