AFC Championship Game Rematch Preview For Week 6: Tom Brady, Andrew Luck Battle In Deflategate Game For Robert Kraft As Indianapolis Colts Play New England Patriots

The Indianapolis Colts and New England Patriots are set to clash on Sunday Night Football. It seems as if it were just yesterday that these two teams were battling in the playoffs. Now they both face vastly different versions of their 2014 selves.

The Indianapolis Colts are struggling but at least so is everyone in their conference. The Colts are currently leading in the abysmal AFC South and will look to make a statement against the Patriots.

For the Colts Andrew Luck has been off his game and injured in fact two of the games the Colts lost were while Andrew Luck was the starter. Luck has a 65.1 quarterback rating and has thrown 5 touchdowns to 7 interceptions this season.

With Luck returning and supposedly in good health, how he performs will set the tone for the game. The bigger question will be, if Luck struggles do the Colts put in Matt Hasselbeck who led the Colts to two close victories? On the defensive side of the ball the Colts are 28th in the league and continue to blow leads late in the fourth quarter. There will have to be a serious turn around if the Colts are to win this Sunday.

The New England Patriots are 4-0 and are in a prime position to defend their title. Tom Brady looks as good as he has ever been and has the stats to prove it. So far he has thrown 11 touchdowns and no interceptions, that's pretty good. He has a quarterback rating of 121.5 and already over a 1,000 yards in the air. Brady has led this team with his stellar play as well as the play of tight end Rob Gronkowski.

The addition of Dion Lewis has only made this Patriots running attack more dangerous and the lack of a secondary after free agency seems to be a distant memory with young players filling the void. The Patriots are only concerned with winning and they haven't had to run trick plays or fancy schemes to do it. The more this season goes on it looks like Brady is in for one of the best seasons of his career. The Patriots are in a good position to not only win this game but silence Deflategate critics and the whistleblowing Colts once and for all.
