Indianapolis Colts Fantasy: Andrew Luck Starts Against Patriots? TY Hilton, Donte Moncrief, Andre Johnson, Ahmad Bradshaw Options Week 6

The Indianapolis Colts are expecting to start Andrew Luck in Week 6 after the quarterback missed the last two games with a shoulder injury. The Colts have the Pats on Sunday night and getting Luck back would be big, while players like TY Hilton, Donte Moncrief, Andre Johnson and Frank Gore are fantasy football options and this comes as Ahmad Bradshaw has signed back with the team.

Pro Football Talk reports that Luck is "ready to go" for Sunday. Luck has been dealing with a sore shoulder and he has missed the last two games for the Colts, with Matt Hasselbeck stepping in to start. According to Pro Football Talk, Luck participated in practice on Wednesday on a limited basis and afterwards Luck said he was "getting better every day." Chuck Pagano said to reporters that when Luck is "ready to go" he will play and his status will likely be updated after the next practice session for the Colts.

The Colts are hosting the Patriots on Sunday night and that game is the spotlight this week, as it's a rematch of the AFC Championship game. That game sparked the "DeflateGate" issue with Tom Brady and that should only add to the intrigue for the matchup between the first place teams. If Luck can't play in Week 6, expect Hasselbeck to start in his place again. Luck has not won in four career tries against the Patriots and in those games he has 11 turnovers.

Luck has not played great in the games he started this season with seven interceptions and five touchdowns and he will be looking to bounce back when he gets on the field again. Last season Luck set career highs with 40 touchdowns and 4761 passing yards while completing 61 percent of his passes. According to the Indianapolis Star, Luck did more in practice on Wednesday than he has done in a couple weeks and was throwing "real passes" and not just "pitches or handoffs."

The Colts have brought back Ahmad Bradshaw on a one-year contract, according to NFL.com. The team has Frank Gore as the main starter on offense at the position, but there is not much depth behind him and now Bradshaw can fill that void. Bradshaw was having a solid season for the Colts last year before getting injured, as he had 425 yards and two touchdowns in 10 games and he also had six receiving TDs. Bradshaw can give the team a solid option coming out of the backfield to catch passes, as Gore is a better up the middle runner. As usual for Bradshaw, health will be the major issue.

Donte Moncrief and Andre Johnson are solid fantasy options this week along with TY Hilton, but the Patriots may focus in on Hilton and try and limit what he can do. Fantasy owners should look at Moncrief and Johnson as start picks if they are worried about Hilton getting blanketed and it comes after Johnson had his best game for the Colts. Last week Johnson had six catches for 77 yards and two touchdowns and he has the chance for another breakout game this week.
