Chelsea Transfer News: Blues' Youth Revolution in Full Swing as Chelsea Plan Moves for Wallace, Bazoer and Bony

The youth revolution at Chelsea shows no signs of abating after the Blues were linked with moves for two teenagers and an in-form but up and coming striker.

Chelsea are on the verge of completing the signing of Fluminense fullback Wallace, with the deal almost completed on Thursday.

The Brazilian 18-year-old is highly-rated in his homeland, and according to reports Chelsea already own around 40 percent of his rights, as a result of a deal struck with Fluminense following the free transfer of former Chelsea player Deco to the Brazilian club in 2010. Chelsea are reportedly ready to pay £4.4 million ($7 million) for the rest of the player's economic rights.

Fluminense director Rodrio Caetano claimed the European champions were close to sealing a deal to bring Wallace, who has also been linked with moves to Manchester City, Juventus and Napoli, to Stamford Bridge.

"I can't deny there are ongoing negotiations with Chelsea, but the deal isn't done yet -- we still have to exchange documents," Caetano said.

"And there is a non-disclosure agreement clause, and in case the information leaks, the deal might not happen.

"Let's hope this problem doesn't prevent the deal from happening."

Fluminense manager Abel Braga believes whichever club gets Wallace will be getting a world-class player.

"Wallace has been negotiated for a long time," he told Terra. "He is a player that has impressed. Do you think people abroad sign someone based on one game?

"They watch a player for two, three months -- sometimes even a year. They are taking a great player and Fluminense are completely right in selling him."

Meanwhile, according to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are considering a move for Vitesse Arnhem striker Wilfried Bony. The Ivory Coast international has scored 12 goals in 11 games in the current Dutch season, and almost made a move to Aston Villa in the last transfer window.

The 23-year-old is rated at £8 million ($12.8 million), which of course will not be a problem for the London club.

Another youngster being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge is PSV teenager Riechedly Bazoer. The 16-year-old defender is scheduled to visit both Chelsea and Arsenal in the next few weeks. PSV have offered the teenager a three-year contract, but the youngster wants to consider all possibilities before making a decision.
