Fantasy Football Sleepers Week 9: Jeremy Langford, Willie Snead, Stefon Diggs, Karlos Williams, Allen Hurns, David Cobb, Pierre Thomas, Chris Ivory, Shaun Draughn

The fantasy football Week 9 schedule is here and some sleepers include Jeremy Langford, Willie Snead, Stefon Diggs, Karlos Williams, Allen Hurns, Shaun Draughn, David Cobb, Carlos Hyde, Chris Ivory, DeAngelo Williams and Pierre Thomas heading into the weekend. Injuries have pushed players into bigger roles and that could mean some strong performances from players like Langford and Williams.

Matt Forte is out with a knee injury and he is expected to miss a couple games and that gives Langford a chance to step up. Langford came in and ran well against the Vikings after Forte went down and he should be the lead back for the Bears until Forte can return. DeAngelo Williams is in a similar spot, as Le'Veon Bell was injured last week and is out for the season. Williams is going to be the feature back and is a good start option for Week 9 and moving forward with Bell out for the season.

Willie Snead has emerged as the best WR option for the Saints and he comes in after a nice game against the Giants. Snead should be targeted quite a bit again on Sunday and he is worth starting. Stefon Diggs is dealing with a hamstring injury, but he is expected to play and he has been putting up record numbers as a rookie. Diggs has big play ability and has emerged as the best starting option for the Vikings. Karlos Williams is set to return from a concussion, while David Cobb is coming off of IR and could play for the Titans this weekend.

Langford comes in after rushing for 46 yards against the Vikings and he is in line to start for the Bears with Forte out. Jeff Dickerson at ESPN Chicago reports that it would be a "surprise" if Langford doesn't get at least 20 carries against the Chargers. The Bears like Langford and with Forte out he will be the lead back. Karlos Williams reportedly has no restrictions this week after dealing with a concussion and he is looking to come back after missing time since Week 4 of the season for the Bills. The Bills also may have Sammy Watkins back, but Percy Harvin is out for Week 9.

Stefon Diggs is dealing with a hamstring injury and he is probable for the game against the Rams after missing practice this week. Diggs has put up strong numbers in four games this season, going for 25 catches for 419 yards and two touchdowns. Diggs has emerged as the best WR option for the Vikings and he should be targeted quite a bit if he plays Sunday. Cobb is worth a look if he plays this weekend, while Carlos Hyde is dealing with an injury and may not be able to play Sunday.

If Carlos Hyde is out, Pierre Thomas, Kendall Gaskins and Shaun Draughn are options for the 49ers. Chris Ivory has a solid matchup with the Jaguars and he could be a nice start option this week, as he is coming in after being able to practice this week.
