New York Jets
Brandon Marshall/Eric Decker (Wide Receivers): The Texans just held the undefeated Bengals to 6 points with TJ Yates as their quarterback. This secondary is looking a lot better than they have previously and it is possible that they have a repeat performance against the Jets on Sunday. Marshall is banged up, on a 2 touchdown streak, but nonetheless banged up. Marshall did not practice on Monday and his status is likely to fluctuate throughout the week so monitor him before you put him in your lineup. Decker should see a bigger role with Marshall dinged up. He is also currently on a 3 game touchdown streak.
Chris Ivory (Running Back): Houston gave up very few rushing yards to the Bengals thunder and lightning attack of Giovani Bernard and Jeremy Hill so I can see the Texans continuing to be a tough matchup. Ivory is clearly one of the leaders of the Jet's offense when he is healthy. He will have a couple of extra days to rest before attacking this defense so Ivory does have RB2 upside this week.
Houston Texans
DeAndre Hopkins (Wide Receiver): Hopkins faced ultra-tight coverage against the Bengals and still saw the end zone. Hopkins on average sees 11 plus targets and this gives him a ton of chances to make big plays. Hopkins will get Revis all day on Sunday so it is time to see how good he really is. A comparison would be to Josh Norman from Carolina who held him to 5 receptions out of 11 targets and 53 yards.
Chris Polk/Alfred Blue (Running Backs): This running game will not be an option against the Jets. Unless Blue gets out there and has the best game of his life I would say it is safe to sit both of these running backs.
