Seattle Seahawks Rumors: Marshawn Lynch Healthy Week 11? Doug Baldwin, Thomas Rawls Fantasy Options For Russell Wilson, Jimmy Graham Getting More Targets?

The Seattle Seahawks are hoping Marshawn Lynch is fully healthy heading into Week 11 after dealing with an abdomen injury last week and if he is limited, fantasy owners could look at Thomas Rawls as a backup option. The Seahawks play the San Francisco 49ers this weekend and the team could try and get Jimmy Graham going with some more targets on offense.

Lynch came into Sunday night football against the Cardinals in Week 10 with an abdomen injury and he was considered "50-50" to play, but was able to suit up. Lynch was listed as questionable, but he was able to play the entire game for the Seahawks and that has the team optimistic that the abdomen injury will not hamper him in Week 11. Lynch had 42 yards on eight carries and scored a touchdown against the Cardinals and while he did not get a full amount of carries, that was more about the way the game played out rather than his injury.

Lynch has played in seven games this season and he has 417 yards and three touchdowns and is in danger of snapping his streak of 1200 yard seasons. Lynch has been banged up at times this season and he is averaging just 3.8 yards per carry, which would be his lowest total since his first season in Seattle in 2010 if the number holds. Lynch is likely to play this week after being able to suit up on Sunday, but fantasy owners should keep an eye on the injury report heading into the weekend. Rawls would see increased carries if Lynch is limited.

Doug Baldwin is a solid fantasy start option for this week, as he had a strong game in the Cardinals loss with seven catches for 134 yards and a touchdown. Baldwin has had a solid season with 38 catches for 479 yards and he is a good WR2 or WR3 starter for this week. Baldwin has been the top target for Russell Wilson this season and he was first on the team with 10 targets last week.

Jimmy Graham has had a disappointing season for fantasy owners based on his past performances and he could see increased targets down the back stretch of the season. Graham had three catches for 41 yards last week and he comes into Week 11 with 41 catches for 491 yards this season. Graham has just two touchdowns this season and he has not found the endzone since back in Week 3. Graham had 26 touchdowns with the Saints over the past two seasons and he will be looking to get more involved against the 49ers.

The Seahawks come into the weekend dealing with some injuries after playing the Cardinals, as both Bruce Irvin and Paul Richardson got banged up in the game. According to the Seattle Times, Irvin is dealing with an MCL sprain in his knee, while Richardson has a hamstring issue. Pete Carroll said to Bob Condotta that he is awaiting more from the team doctors before making any rulings on whether the players can suit up in Week 11. Pro Football Talk writes that Carroll "seemed concerned" about the injuries and that Richardson was injured after coming back in his first game from an ACL tear.
